MyDDSLab offers an effective solution for dental professionals to monitor open case orders for dental prosthetics from DDS Lab. This tool ensures that users are well-informed regarding the expected arrival of their cases.

The MyDDSLab application minimizes the need for time-consuming inquiries to account managers by consolidating all relevant tracking information in one convenient location. Users can easily access a screen displaying a comprehensive overview of their cases.

The interface allows for straightforward navigation; upon signing in, users are presented with a list of open cases organized by date. Each entry provides essential details, including the patient name, doctor name, and a color-coded label indicating the current status of the case: Received, Fabricating, QC, On Hold, or Shipped.

For real-time tracking of each case, users simply click on the patient's name to view in-depth status information such as case ID, due date, date received, and estimated shipping and delivery timelines.

Once logged in, users can conveniently save their passwords for quick access to future inquiries. Should any questions arise regarding specific case details, a dedicated phone icon located at the top right corner of the screen facilitates direct communication with the assigned account manager.
